Amberfield is happy to be able to resume property sales. For the safety of our village and its residents and for prospective purchasers viewings of properties will be done according to the following protocols:

  • Admission to Amberfield is by prior appointment only. Only two persons will be admitted at a time for viewings.
  • Temperature checks will be performed at the gate by security in addition to our normal entrance procedures.
  • Clients must wear masks at all times and will be assisted by a Property Volunteer who observes the same precaution.
  • Apart from an introductory meeting; viewings will be limited to 20 minutes per cottage.
  • Social distancing is to be maintained at all times.  Property Volunteers and clients will not travel in the same vehicle if the decision is taken not to walk to the cottages being viewed.
  • Sanitiser will be available when entering a cottage and clients are requested not to touch anything inside a cottage .
